I guess these original stories have been taken down. That's too bad becasuse I still get surprised reading some of them. In all fairness every company gives bad customer serivce once in a while. I can forgive that, but when it comes to price I'm less forgiving. Although I get free employee serivce I guess these original stories have been taken down. Although I get free employee service from DISH Network I did have Comcast even while I've worked for DISH because some apartments don't have a view of the southern sky. I got to the point that not having TV was better than paying Comcast. Sure there were a few channels I liked that were in a cheaper package but not every channel I like was included. With DISH even though I only get 120 channels for free, they have ALL of the channels I like in the lower package. With 5 packages to choose from I was even able to downgrade to special packages not advertised to help me when times were tough.
